Staffs at check in were wonderful. Concierge and Bell service was amazing and helpful. the room is a bit dim and dark. upon checking in and arriving into the suit, there were hair near the tub, bathroom area. Shower area smelled like sewer, possibly because it's older hotel? We can smell the sewer during our shower.

Location was great. The reception and concierge staff were very helpful. Breakfast good. ‘City view’ room looked straight at another building next door which was a bit disappointing. Bed comfortable. Room a little tired looking but fine. AC was noisy.

More Water Please!

This is certainly a very impressive hotel and the room was very clean and very comfortable. The Check in was ok but very slow, the check in person seeming to have to type a book to get us checked-in. The major weakness of the hotel was that they did not provide enough bottled water in the room - two very small bottles for two of us - that seems more than a little mean, especially when you consider the cost of the room.
