The front desk staff were very nice. The room was in disrepair: a hairdryer fan was already broken and was overheating, loose bathroom shelf, a burn mark from an iron on the carpet, worn unstable desk chair and inadequately vacuumed carpet. A 2 star hotel is not a 5 star hotel but every guest deserves a clean room with decent upkeep.

Deodorizing treatment was a bit overwhelming. The wifi was dicey. Minimal toiletries. The morning fare was scant, hardly a breakfast. The staff members were pleasant and accommodating. Nice to have a mini-fridge in the room.

I noticed in previous reviews there was a complaint of musty smell in the common areas. They rectified that with an overpowering commercial air freshener so strong that you can taste it. When we checked into our nonsmoking room it was thick with scent of weed. We were moved rather effortlessly and they were great about it! Friendly staff, cleaning staff could use a look. The toliet seat in the new room was cleaned or they closed their eyes to do it💩. I ended up cleaning it myself. Grateful it was a one night stay mid-road trip.

Not a good breakfast

I don’t consider breakfast an apple muffin or granola bar. The room was clean. Check in was easy but so disappointing for breakfast. I needed to be on the road quick and that didn’t happen.
