On check in we were asked to pay £5 to use the pool, when queried it was included. Childs mattress was left next to a used cigarette butt on the room floor! No additional mug for child even though the room was for 3? And families could be better placed away from the lift, as opposed to the first door, being woken with every guest coming onto the floor.

The service in the bar was amazing; my little girl had a great time, and the food was great. Unfortunately, the room was very disappointing; my little girl was very upset to see her bed was just a dirty mattress on the floor. When I spoke to the staff, I was told that's what you get in family rooms. We won't be staying at a Village Hotel again. This was part of a birthday present for my 7-year-old. We have stayed in a lot of hotels, never with a mattress on the floor. And there was a beeping outside our room all night

One might prior to 3week hospital stay. Room service and food very good. No bath in the room, was looking forward to a relaxing bath. I have a disabled blue badge for parking, but still had to pay for parking. Unfortunately there was a birthday party so was noisy. Room was dimly lit for me. Overall, won't be returning.

This hotel is fine for a one night stay. It’s in a close location to the tube and other amenities. The rooms themselves are tired and the room we stayed in and multiple stains on the floor and the bath/shower was stained and shower head was broken. As it was only one night, it was fine. But if I had been staying longer, we would want at the very least to move rooms. 5/10 adequate stay.

I use this hotel a lot for work trips. the gym and pool are nice, the rooms are clean and modern. I am always greeted by the same lady at the desk and she couldnt be more helpful.
