No updates in many years. In need of major renovation. Carpets are filthy. Thought we were going to fall off the balcony. The barriers between balconies were broken and you could walk easily to the next balcony. Very unsafe.

We love the grand my family has stayed there 3 times now. The hotel is clean and has everything you need. The coffee shop inside the hotel is open 24 hours and is amazing. It also has an indoor and outdoor pool. Close walk to the beach. We stayed on the 2nd floor with deck view of the beach and the view is amazing.

Not the worst nor the best place we ever stayed in OCMD. Room was small, furniture was cheap. No light near the small table. Toilet is within 1” of opening the bathroom door. Toilet paper holder was not installed properly and was dirty. No privacy on the balcony and could easily move from one to the other. Not a place I would recommend.

I like the balcony. Nice view. Make easy to watch the air show. I would recommend that they have a small box in front desk so guests can drop the key for the check out and do not have to wait in line.
