We always prefer staying at this property. It’s not just convenient and centralized to everything, the property (specifically the rooms/suite we stay in) are neat and clean. Staffs were always pleasant and friendly when we check in or out. When we checked in this afternoon though, it was the first time that it was a miss. No friendly smiles or welcome greeting. There was only a guest ahead of me and myself checking in. It was not even busy at the time when I came in, compared to the few times we stayed over. No small talk at this time either. Front desk agent just asked if I was checking in, asked for a last name and just proceeded to saying, she needed a credit card and ID. Afterwards, she just handed me back my ID, cc, followed by our room keys and told me our room number. In return, I briefly thanked her and left the desk.
