Met my needs.

The bullet proof glass at the front desk gave me reason for pause. Staff are courteous & helpful. The hotel is bare bones but the establishment is clean. I identified one European sized elevator that is shared by staff and customer. There is no carpet in the building so sound travels between walls and the ceiling very well. There is no breakfast served. No business center identified. There are machines serving coffee & similar in the lobby. Parking is ample but was charged $12 per day.

The room was stinky and dark. The pillows and bed was uncomfortable. The amenities was outside. The complimentary coffee was not the greatest as well. Totally not worth the price. Would not recommend if you want a good sleep.

ROACH!! … 3 minutes after checking in I had to kill a baby roach crawling on the headboard. I asked to be moved and was told they couldn’t move me until the next day. They wanted me and my baby to sleep in a bed with roaches. I asked for a refund and they refused that as well. I checked out anyway and had to escalate the issue twice before I was issued my full refund. Disgusting how this situation was handled.

Hotel is ok, walls are not that sound proof, there was a kid crying at 3:45 in the morning, and was still crying when I checked out at 8:30. I didn’t rest well at all. Also there was hair in the sink and bathtub. It would have been nice without the child crying. I would consider staying there again if I knew I was not going to be disturbed by someone else. I’m sure the cleaning crew tries their best, but there is room for improvement.

The pictures online were deceiving, the water smelled like sewage so we couldn’t even shower, you could hear everything going on outside, and the refrigerator had a nasty smell to it. We also had to pay for parking, $24 for 2 cars in their own parking lot was a little ridiculous. We were not happy about this hotel and definitely won’t be coming back.
