Our room was nicely appointed and clean. We enjoyed the view from our room out over a lovely creek. It is very quiet here at night. The drive isn’t too far in to Blairsville or Blue Ridge. The upstairs restaurant at the Lodge, The Flying Trout, is really good. We ate three meals here over our weekend stay. There is also a full bar with live entertainment. The staff at the restaurant and Lodge were very friendly and experienced.

We had a wonderful stay. What stood out the most was how clean and cozy everything was. The space was peaceful, well maintained, and felt very welcoming from the moment we arrived. Clean, modern, well decorated rooms. Beautiful , quiet property in woods overlooking creek. But be careful. Listing on expedia says all rooms have kitchen and hot tub, but that us incorrect.

The staff was fantastic! They were very friendly and accommodating. The cabin was perfect. Clean and very comfortable. The amenities were wonderful. The restaurant was great. We enjoyed the food, the drinks and the live music. The band was really great! And our hot tub was the best. We can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I got rained out of our camping trip and the owner Denise was SO kind and generous! She got us in way before checkin time and remembered us during our stay. The whole staff is kind and welcoming, like family. We stayed in the hotel under the restaurant and it was so beautiful! The room is adorable decorated and everything is clean and well thought out, down to homemade soaps and a complete coffee bar. We will be back and highly recommended staying here!!

Loved our 2 night stay. Cabin was spotless. Beautifully decorated. Had everything and more for cooking. Fully stocked Drip coffee maker and Keurig items. Unfortunately we didn’t get to eat at the Flying Trout as it’s closed on Sundays and Mondays. But we will definitely book our next stay here and it will be when the restaurant is open !

First good things. Check-in very easy. Front desk very friendly and informative. Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Here is why only a three. Coffee machine in room and one in guest lobby did not work and could not contact anyone in the morning about them. If you are like me and need your morning coffee this is crucial as there is nothing else around. Room walls are very thin. Could hear kitchen staff clomping on the floor till restaurant closed about 10 pm. Neighbors had Law and Order on till about 1am. Bath towels are small and more like large hand towels. Could use light in shower.

3 of us stayed overnight for my BFF’s birthday trip. Everything was very clean. The entire area was well kept. We didn’t use the hot tub. l forgot to tell them about it. There was ample parking for our vehicle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cabin had everything we needed, and it was quiet. I would definitely recommend this place.
