Villa Del Pi is a charming 4 bedroom property located in a very quiet area in Blanes! where you can find restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and only 3km from the turquoise and crystalline beach of Blanes.
¡Ideal for a relaxing vacation in Costa Brava, it includes everything that you need to feel at home!
It can accomodate up to 8 guests and it has a living area of 105m2 and 420 m2 for plot.
The wonderful external area has a private swimming pool (7x3,5m), a barbecue and a large, covered terrace where you can have a poolside breakfast next to the pool. Garage for 2 cars.
Large living room with tv (satellite) and access to the swimming-pool. Fully equipped kitchen including cutlery, cooking pans, fridge, microwave, toaster, oven,dish washer and washing machine. ¡Yes, we want you to enjoy meals as if you were at home!  
Master room en suite has one double bed with one bathroom with shower and access to a large and nice terrace, second room has another double bedroom , third room has 2 single beds and forth room has bunk beds for 2 people . There is a second bathroom with shower.
