The hôtel is in a great location but it is in need of an update . The furniture, the decoration all the surroundings inside are dated, the beds are not comfortable at all , it was like sleeping in a hammock, the rooms are small, so is the bathroom . Does not deserve to be placed higher than à 3 star hôtel and I say this just because it has restaurant I was very disappointed for the price I payed

Is located nearby to all the amenities and the beautiful lake which is only a short walk away. Serves good food enough to peak your interest for two meals before wanting to explore the culinary cuisines of Slovenia elsewhere. Clean rooms and friendly staff was great!

Great location so close to the lake & surrounding restaurants, bars etc. Pillows were lumpy and you had to slam the room door for it to close which was annoying. Rooms were a little tired & beds not comfortable but pleased to have the balcony even though our view was boring. Free car parking was nice, staff & breakfast was also nice enough. Rooms & bedding need some rejuvenation.

A lovely stay

The hotel is right in the middle of town easy walking distance to public transit, hikes, stores, restaurants and bars. The folks at the hotel were all very nice and helpful. The room itself was perfectly comfortable. I would recommend this hotel for a stay.

Poor service, rude and unhelpful staff

The hotel lists as waterfront and lake view. There is no lake view and it’s a block from the lake. The staff is not friendly. My daughter broke her foot and they seemed put out when we asked for ice. After we checked out, they told us that there was another room under my name that I had to pay for, which we did not stay in. Very strange. Then, as I’m loading my daughter with the broken foot into the van with my 2 grandchildren not only did they not ask if I needed help but just wanted to know if I could hurry up and leave as they needed my parking space. It was at this time that they asked me to pay for a room I didn’t stay in. Would not recommend. Though the restaurant, The Grill, was wonderful!

Excellent location, great staff

Great location, very good restaurant with a terrace perched higher than the street around it (slight view of the lake). Staff was very courteous, pool and hot tub were large and the space around it big (with sauna too); better than most hotels. Room was larger than usual for Europe.

Perfectly located for what we wanted. 200 metres to the edge of Lake Bled. Disappointed we could only get single beds but for 1 night it didn't matter. View from the room was ok but I'm sure there were better views in different rooms.

The property has a good central location only a couple of minutes from the lakeside. The lakeview rooms have views of both the castle and the island but be aware this is not a waterfront property and there is a supermarket between the hotel and the lake. The view is still very nice but don't expect perfection. The staff were all friendly and attentive. We had to leave before 7am on our final day and it was no trouble for them to prepare us a takeaway breakfast. So of the bathroom fitting were old and worn but everything was still functional.
