The gracious hotel manager, Ms. Lucie Jarry, personally welcomed us and provided an exclusive introduction to this magnificent property, leaving an indelible impression on us from the start. We stayed in the family two-story suite, which was not only perfectly suited to our family of four but also an absolute delight. The spacious layout, thoughtful design, and playful charm made it an unforgettable part of our stay. The hotel’s thoughtfulness was truly exceptional. Prior to our arrival, we mentioned that it was our daughter’s 10th birthday. To our delight, they surprised her with a beautifully crafted chocolate dessert and a charming stuffed animal, creating a magical moment that touched our hearts. This thoughtful gesture perfectly encapsulated the extraordinary level of care and attention to detail that defines Fleur de Loire. The culinary experience was nothing short of exceptional. Beautiful hotel in the middle of Loir valley, we used it as base to travel to all Castles around the area. Great service, beautiful spa and great breakfast, although very expensive

Every detail about the property was exquisite. There was even a pleasant fragrance in the reception and other open areas. We loved our delicious breakfast at the sumptuous buffet. We arrived later than we had hoped at night and the hotel staff arranged transportation from the train station as well as a comforting light meal from room service. We felt pampered during our entire stay.

This property is beautiful!!! The staff could not be more accommodating. Dylan, Enzo and of course Geraldine were all so professional and helpful. I always forget something and of course (I am sorry I forget employee's name) reached out to me and set up a delivery to the states. We loved this hotel and only wish we could have stayed longer
