We have stayed here before, so when we needed to stay in Salem again, this was our first choice. Staff was excellent. Friendly, respectful, and professional from check in to check out. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. As an added bonus, breakfast is a voucher for the Denny’s across the parking lot!

Nice place and value

Property was beautifully decorated. I unfortunately forgot the bank card I booked with and almost was not allowed into my pre-paid room. But they allowed me in with credit card as my other debit card I had was not accepted because it wasn;'t associated with a land bank. It was odd, new rule. I was about to get angry knowing I prepaid the room but we got it worked out. free breakfast at Denny's right next door was a bonus. and again hotel was absolutely beautiful

Very nice and quiet property. The front desk always has an employee available. Breakfast is a free voucher for Denny’s which is located in the same parking lot. You can order to go by phone and pickup if you prefer to eat in your room. We would definitely stay at this Best Western again.

Reasonable price for all the things you get!

Really Impressive for a ‘small’ town. Great front desk customer service. Free breakfast vouchers at Denny’s. Free parking. Quiet. Convenient location to I-5. Only things I noticed was that carpeting is worn and could use replacement. Beds a bit too soft.
