The staff are excellent and friendly. Our room was big with a lake view. The room was old/shabby. There are broken tiles in bathroom, the vanity basin laminate is peeling off, the carpet is fraying walls are very marked. The room was noisy. Not assisted by building works commencing early on Saturday morning. Banging, power tool noise etc.

I had a few questions prior to our stay and both my emails went unanswered. We arrived 20 minutes past check in but our room wasn't ready and the front desk staff said it to come back in 1.5 hours! We were in the back building that was accessed via a lovely courtyard but the corridors looked like we were in a old hospital wing. The room was very dated with the carpet being very stained. Definitely needs upgrading. The parking was difficult if you have a large car. The hotel was in a nice location about a 10 min walk from the main town centre. We were there for my daughters birthday and it was disappointing that this was not acknowledged.

The 2 bedroom apartment we had was one of the most rundown rooms I had ever stayed in . There was mould on the floor , water damage , wet carpet , leaking shower and the clothes dryer had no door on it . This room should never have been rented .

Staff were amazing and a big thank you for the upgrade in the room. Room was clean , the only down side was some of the furniture needs replacing and up dating, but that is nit picking. Very happy with my experience and would recommend to family and friends.
