The good first———- this has to be one of the prettiest grand hotel that we have stayed in, and we have travelled extensively all around the world, staying at really lovely and best rated hotels. The facilities at this hotel is unmatched , the spa facilities are gorgeous. The concierge service is amazing. A big shout out to Dragan. He is so easy to work with and so helpful. He made our stay so much fun. The house keeping staff is just fabulous. The property is very well maintained, and so clean, and oh so beautiful.
Now for the hard part. This is difficult for us. We loved so much about the hotel.
But this has to be said. Upon checking out, i mentioned two items to the young lady helping us. I said that the air conditioner in our room never worked and that we had reserved a room with a king bed and what we got was two twin beds pushed together.
The young lady immediately contradicted me and would not let me finish until i politely asked her to please allow me to finish my sentence . She kept saying that the air conditioner was working . I was aghast, at being summarily having my experience dismissed.
As far s the king bed situation is concerned, she just said that i had not asked for a king bed, because if i had, the hotel would have provided a mattress topper to make the two twin beds into a king bed.
Again refuting me and telling me that i had not asked for a king bed was very unprofessional way of handling the situation.
