I arrived the night of my reservation around 10pm which I was told my reservation was cancelled because of non payment. I had picked pay at the property, so I was very shocked. The front desk worker then left to talk to the supervisor about it for about 5-10 min and said the reservation was fixed and I could still have my room. Then when I was inserting my card I was shocked to see that they were about to charge me over $400 more than the original price. I stopped the transaction and questioned the price which prompted the desk worker to have to go consult the supervisor for another 15 minor so. To finally have the correct pricing.
The valet wasn’t friendly watched us unloading several bags and never offered a luggage cart which I only found out they had after we made multiple trips back and forth to get everything to our room.
The stay wasn’t as kid friendly as it seemed upon booking. We stayed in the spa tower which there was only 2 working elevators. You could expect at least a 10-15 minute wait to find one you could actually get down in due to crowding. There was no microwave in the room which was disappointing and a tiny mini fridge. Beds were also not comfortable. It was underwhelming for the expensive price.
Upon check out I was asked for my id and told that my price was $300 more than what I paid so I questioned that also which prompted to the supervisor. They were trying to charge me a cancellation fee after I already stayed for two nights.
