Excelente servicio . El único issue fue la nevera que no enfriaba, desayuno había que pagar por huevos revueltos y no había empanadas . No tiene barra con conckteles, restaurante cerraba temprano

Location is excellent. Rooms are extremely dated. Breakfast food is good. Service from reception area manager was exceptional but service from one of the staff was deplorable and another staff below standards. 5 minutes after checking in & having already paid my stay, I left to find another hotel. My money was not returned (policy so it's my choosing) due to the poor aggressive service (all taped on camera). DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

This hotel is very well located but the rooms are old the beds were ok and breakfast not great. If you only care to walk around shop and eat for one day is fine but if you are looking for comfort and nicer hotel go further.

Great location. Property is dirty and old. Carpets are very old and stained. Old windows and furnitures. One of the cheapest in the area that pretending to be luxury and above average. Don't stay here if I were you.

Mi experiencia en este lugar fue muy decepcionante y definitivamente no valió el precio que pagué. Para empezar, el desayuno fue exactamente el mismo durante los tres días de mi estadía, con muy pocas opciones y cereales viejos y secos. El primer día, mi habitación no tenía aire acondicionado y tuve que reportarlo a las 11:30 p.m. para que me cambiaran de cuarto. Además, alquilé la sala VIP por un día completo para trabajar, la cual me vendieron como la mejor opción con servicio incluido y almuerzo. Sin embargo, el servicio dejó mucho que desear: tuve que salir personalmente a pedir servilletas y aromática, ya que la jarra que dejaron solo alcanzaba para un vaso y éramos cinco personas. A la hora del almuerzo, no nos dieron opciones y simplemente sirvieron salmón sin consultar si alguien tenía alergias o preferencias. Por si fuera poco, el ruido de la música en la zona era insoportable; incluso estando en el séptimo piso, no pude descansar bien. En general, mi experiencia fue pésima y definitivamente no volveré.
