Beautiful hotel all around. The service from the front desk to the cleaners to the 5 star breakfast. I ordered room service and the food came so quick. The food was cheap for room service and fresh. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was great and way larger than expected. We did order room service- do not make that mistake. Also we booked this hotel as it offers a shuttle service, we were not aware that it only operated during bankers hours. We were unable to use the shuttle for our arrival or departure, we were displeased that no accommodation would be made in this regard.

The room # 1643 under my sister name Ludivia Gaviria , they just left on towel for two people, she find dirty in the restroom , the soap she find there was used from some body … The room # 1709 was under mi name Ceneida Gaviria they don’t fixing the bed properly the restroom has some dirty paper in the thrash can. The room number #1558 under my other sister name Enerieth Sanderson under the sofa cushion we fond some dirty paper , pen , face tissue.

A nice hotel that has seen better days. The service is very good and it also has a good breakfast. There’s a limited shuttle service to and from the airport (every 2 hours in each direction which might not be the most convenient arrangement). The surrounding area is kind of rundown. All in all I’d stay again in this hotel had I need to run errands in downtown Bogota

The hotel was organising a full blown techno-party one floor above our bedroom till 2 a.m.. The noise was unbearable. After repeated complaints they moved us to another floor for one night. Either they should not host noisy disco events while admitting unrelated paying customers, or at least they should warn the potential clients before they make a reservation. The breakfasts were repetitive and definitely not five star. Around 7 a.m. much of the food was already gone and not replenished. The hotel passed its prime in terms of facilities. The staff is disengaged, to say the least.

We stayed as 2 females from london. Breakfast was amazing and it was a 25 minute walk into the central area with all the musuems. However despite the security guards outside, the area did feel slightly unsafe at night. The lighting in the room was awful but we would stay again.

Location is great, walking distance to dining and night life. Only thing is there is no A/C which wasn’t bad since the weather was cool. Just had to open the window. Definitely worth the price and I will be back.
