We had to change rooms at 3 am because the air conditioning started sounding like a small explosion every time it turned on. The staff kindly changed us rooms but it was very annoying and we missed a lot of sleep time. The breakfast was great and the people at the restaurant too!

Nothing to do for children. No colombian breakfast options. Cleaning lady knocked on our door at 7.30 to ask when we were leaving (useful to know for her, but annoying experience for us). Apart from that the hotel is okay and looks nice.
