It's a good hotel with friendly staff, just slightly on the periphery of the Chico area, where other hotels are possibly more embedded. But the area felt safe, the staff were very professional, and the price was more than competitive compared to other options. My only niggles were staff knocking on the door after eight or nine in the morning which was too early, and the showers requiring five to ten minutes to reach full temperature, but the view was stunning and it was my first Colombian hotel that offered both a hairdryer and a personal iron, where most do not. It had a very corporate vibe, but the mattress was divine, and the feature set outflanked all other hotels that I've been to within Colombia.

The place was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and polite. However, there is significant room for improvement when it comes to room service, particularly the quality and value of the food. I understand that hotel room service is often priced at a premium, but the food should at least meet a reasonable standard. I ordered two burgers—one chicken and one beef. The chicken burger was priced at over 50,000 pesos and the beef burger at over 60,000 pesos. Unfortunately, both were made with very low-quality ingredients and did not reflect the price charged. The presentation was poor, and the food was so disappointing that I could not finish it. Charging premium prices for food of this quality leaves a very negative impression and does not align with the standard the hotel otherwise tries to present. Hotel NH Collection Bogotá Teleport Royal

Replenishing of bar items was not constant on a daily basis. More products should be available and more options of drinks such as sugar free sodas. Cleaning crews should be better trained to not speak loud or on the phone in the corridors at early hours in the morning, as doors are not sound proof and it feels like they are in the room. Awesome treatment by Adriana at restaurant, she should be training the front desk staff how to feel really appreciated and extremely welcome every moment

They gave us a room that was fine but 2 days later they changed us to the room that we really wanted. Katrina at the front desk was really helpful, always helping us and checking if we were ok. The price for the rooms is great. The staff in general is very professional.
