What a wonderful hotel! We came in at 12:30am from the U.S., and they quickly whisked us up to our lovely room so we could immediately go to sleep after a long travel day. The bed was very comfortable, and the park nearby was lovely. There was a vast number of good restaurants within walking distance, and a nice little chocolate shop not far away. We were very pleased with our first trip to Bogota, and hopefully it will not be our last!

Be carrefull with hidden extra charges

The hotel’s location is very good, and the room matches the photos, which is appreciated. The food quality is also good. However, the price charged at the hotel did not correspond to the rate shown at the time of booking. In addition, hidden extra charges were added, which gives an impression of lack of transparency. It’s a shame, because the experience could have been positive. For these reasons, I will not return to this establishment.
