Easy check-in and nice room. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Also a very nice park very close by.

The tub was broken, the sauna was inoperational, the hot tub had no Jets, my room mirror was broken. The manager and the wheelchair by the name of Omar charged me $35 extra for less than an hour early and did not refund my extra day that I paid for in person when I left a day early. The facilities and the employees need some work here.

We couldn't use the laundry so they sent us across the street where it was over $6/load just to wash! If you aren't going to have a laundry, please mention that on your site--we had been camping and really needed to do laundry but weren't expecting the $30 extra!

We stayed at Comfort Suites for three nights, and overall, it was a pretty basic experience. The location is convenient if you need to be close to the airport, but beyond that, there’s not much to rave about. Our room had a stale, muggy smell—possibly due to the broken bathroom fan. The hotel itself is old and dated, and the carpet was dirty enough that I kept reminding my kids to wear shoes or slippers at all times. For just $40 more, we saw better options in Meridian and Boise Town center, but we were swayed by reviews praising the warm breakfast. Unfortunately, that turned out to be a letdown, but that could be us having high expectations. If you’re on a tight budget and just need a place to sleep, it might do the trick. We only had breakfast on the first day and made sure to spend most of our time out and about. That said, the staff were genuinely kind and friendly, which was the highlight of our stay!

Just a few things that could be done to make it as smooth as possible. I personally like my windows to have the full extended drapes. (No street lights coming in while sleeping.) 2) Have your clugs cleaned so that water drains effectively. Instructions on how to use the TV correctly to get your local stations. All we were able to get was DirecTV broadcast stations. Over all it was a pleasent stay.

The room was absolutely disgusting. I had to leave the property early because they had mold in the bathroom and it had a smell that was nasty. We attempted to get a refund but the manager on duty was rude and disrespectful. Did not care at all. The property manager was supposed to call us to resolve the issue but went ghost on us. I took video and photos of the room. Posted online and they still didn’t care. Unbelievable to us!! If you care, feel free to contact us and we will provide them to you. You should honor a refund since you’re advertising for them.

The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. The facility itself, however, was worn and not that clean. The rugs were threadbare, the washing facilities out of order, the hot tub only had three feeble little jets.
