The double bed room was fine but the one bed had dried goldfish crackers and bugs in the window sill. The couch had what appeared to be stained white bodily fluids on a cushion and a huge burn hole in the arm rest. The room itself smelled as well.

Wonderful stay

I really enjoyed our stay here! Definitely wonderful staff and our room, was very welcoming and very clean. The breakfast was great!!! The hot tub needs upkeep! It was clean, just peeling off some and not very hot or bubbly. The Pool was wonderful!

Great location near the airport and central to many locations. The hotel is old and worn but the room was decent and clean enough. There is only one towel rack behind the bathroom door so nowhere else to hang any towels. The shower head was very weak and half of the water came out of the tub faucet.

BUGS IN MULTIPLE ROOMS!! Showed up from an 11 hr road trip at 1am needing a comfy bed to rest but was net with a bug infestation in the room and dirty toilet paper under the mattress pad. Went to the front desk and they offered a second room. My husband went to check it out (we have 3 young kids we didnt want to move unless it was worth it) but thay room had not even been cleaned from the previous person. BUGS in that room as well and the beds were messed up and slept in. The front desk refused a refund even with photo proof. Do not stay here!!!

I didn't like that the ice machines were all broken, the elevator was temporarily out of service, couch was extremely dirty as well as the carpet. The fan in the bathroom wouldn't shut off so we had to constantly listen to it. The only good things were that the sheets were clean and the tall man with glasses working at the front counter was very friendly.

Easy booking. ( Expedia)Room was as described. Variety in breakfast, fresh with lots of get ready for the day protein. Gluten free options for me (necessary, not just preference). Quiet. Didn't use any of the recreational amenities. Just a tired traveler with work to do.

I recommend choosing a different hotel!

The staff (with one exception) were rude! In fact, the one lady was probably the rudest person I've ever dealt with!!! And don't expect to ever be able to talk to the manager, she is never available. There are some other nice hotels nearby. I recommend trying one of them.
