The room was super hot, the whole third floor was hot. When I inquired about it they told me they don't have A/C only heat. Nowhere on their website says they don't have AC

Room was extremely hot and the only way to cool it was opening the window. Hallways were disgusting and looked like they havent been vacuumed in months. There was a used bar of soap from the previous guest still in the shower. At the restaurant i waited 50 minutes for a chicken quesadilla! I will say the manager was very helpful and made an effort to make amends. Overall not pleased even remotely. I have stayed in a lot of red lions, and they have always been good to me but I will not be back to this one

The chairs in rooms are stained and dirty. The room only had a sheet on the bed, I had to call for comforter. The furniture is broken. It was quiet and comfortable just needs some new furniture

Dirty, yellow pillows, window wouldn't shut, peeling paint and wallpaper, no A/C or temperature control at all (the room was 80 degrees the entire stay), leaking faucets, hair in the bed and bathtub, black mold around tub and toilet, no comforter on the bed (just two sheets).

Staff is very friendly, room was clean. But the door handle to my room was broken had to have assistance to get into my room and once again there was no heat in the room as the thermostat was broken. Only one blanket provided for the bed so it was freezing cold.

It was a decent price, fairly clean, but heating system in dire need of an upgrade. Had to ask front desk for an extra blanket at midnight, heater not working. Meanwhile, a family member staying 2 doors got a hit like a blast furnace when first walking in. Not terrible, not great, but acceptable

Serena the night clerk was super nice. But at 6am we had two men at our door trying to get in. When I checked in,after talking to 2 different hotel clerks, they forgot to put me in the system. They thought I was a no show. I checked in at 4:15 pm. It was scary.

The place needs a total reno. Walls are scuffed, stained armchair in room that I couldn't even use, balcony that I paid extra for - but no chairs. And the freeway noise was so loud I couldn't even open the slider anyway. Whoever made my bed doesn't know how - the flat sheet was sideways. No laundry onsite though was advertised as having one. Every time I went by the restaurant it was dark so don't even know if it really was available. I don't think I'd eat there, anyway, considering how rundown everything was. It shouldn't even be on your list of places to stay. I would say it's not in a desirable area except the police sub-station was right across the street.
