The staff was very friendly and helpful to me. I enjoyed how close it was to the airport. I was only there to do some quick work and was able to walk to the hotel from the airport in about 5 minutes. Did my work and stayed, then walked to the airport after the couple days. Nothing was wrong with the room, I just didn't have a mini fridge which I like to keep cold water.

It’s what you would expect for the price. Convenient location. The room was very small. The two queen beds were smashed against the side walls and the bathroom/ shower was tiny. They only had two towels not four like it would expect. The key cards didn’t work half the time.

Desk was good and other than very early morning footsteps above my first floor room it wasn’t noisy. Hallway carpets should be cleaned professionally. Rooms’ floors should be washed, Care should be taken that a clump of hair doesn’t show up on the bottom sheet when your bed is opened. I do understand cost-cutting though.

The WORST hotel I've seen in a long time.

Stained everything everywhere, the bed wasn't made, I had to go to the desk to get a blanket, mattress was hard and springy. It was an emergency cheap room close to the airport, but know that you are getting less than you pay for.

They only offer you coffee, no breakfast and if you want your room clean, you would have to call housekeeping otherwise they didn’t come in to clean your room! The ladies at the front was kind of rude when I asked her why there was no breakfast. She just laughed that like this is all you get so get over it. Will not stay there again

We have stayed here a handful of times. It’s the best Rodeway Inn. Most of these are low end dumpy places, but this one is more in line with Quality Inn.

I found a lot of noise echoed thru the hallway. Seemed like doors were opening and closing loudly all evening long. Staff was nice. Old doors were put back in after remodel. Looks like door frames were made too large - so sound came in through big open gaps.

I’m shocked that I don’t hear the planes and this hotel is within walking distance from the airport (they do have a shuttle)…for an airport hotel it’s convenient and clean!

When we checked in there was no one at the front desk just one of those awkward bells NO ONE wants to ring to get someone’s assistance. When the guy came out he seemed annoyed but he did get us an early room check in as I didn’t realize we were there an hour before check in after a long trip. The lobby was cute enough but it tricks you because when you get in the room it is so old and ghetto. They charge wayyy too much for an old outdated room with NO amenities. It was dirty and the blankets are paper thin, but it was fine because the AC vent was so old and dinky that it didn’t start cooling the room until about an hour until check out so we were so hot anyways and didn’t need a napkin as a blanket lol! if your a cheap single person I’d say maybe but definitely not worth the price at all should be $60 tops

The property is old and dated. Carpets in hallways were nasty dirty. Rooms screamed 1996. If you’re near the lobby expect the phone to ring all night and people talking very loudly. Shower has zero pressure.

Gross and rundown

We checked in at midnight at there was a couple at the desk asking about their remote not working. The front desk had to call the manager and ask what to do. Our check in was very slow and she seemed unsure. Our room 223 was dirty! The carpet was dingy and gross. The shower had black mold. There was only shampoo. There was no hairdryer and the one brought to the room didn’t even work. Before check out I wanted breakfast but was informed that “sorry that service is down right now”. No signs and was not informed upon check in. The parking lot at midnight was full and there were several men (one in a mask) wandering around one area on the cars. Felt very unsafe! Sadly at that time I wasn’t interested in trying to find another location. If it was earlier, I definitely would not have stayed. Will NOT be returning.
