The staff and service were excellent! The pool area, and bathrooms are clean and well kept. The diner/ cafeteria is clean with plenty of tables, chairs, and booths. The diner has a good amount of options to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The shuttles to Universal studio parks is great! So many things to do near the resort was another plus for me! My family and I had a great time, hopefully we will be back next summer!

Brilliant location, early access to parks and transport great. Best bit was own gate to volcano bay and the onsite lazy river. We had a family suite which was great as kitchen area and full size fridge handy! Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Upon checking in, I was informed that housekeeping services are provided every other day. However, four days later, no one came to service my room until I explicitly requested a service. Why should I have to request a service that is supposedly scheduled? The front desk did not offer any apology. Her initial response was, “Did you have the privacy sign?” Additionally, management stated that they could reach out to the housekeeping team to determine if the room could be serviced . I was not satisfied with this response.
