It was okay

It was nice. It was clean. The rooms are old. On the day I was checking out, the water was shut off which was annoying. I will probably stay somewhere else next time. It wasn’t bad just nothing special.

Impressive!

The service is above and beyond! The front desk check in was very friendly and worked hard to get us a pet friendly room. The area the hotel is in is great! The room was clean and quiet with a comfy bed and wonderful shower. The breakfast is full restaurant service with a buffet and omelet station! Definitely not your typical free hotel breakfast!

I love that this property is right on the green belt. They were however doing maintenance on the river view rooms, and there were unattended children in both pools, which made swimming and soaking a very bad experience.

The woman who checked me in was an absolute delight, very helpful , knowledgeable and kind. Rare qualities these days . The room was amazing with a balcony , robes, bath tub , stellar breakfast. My stay was restful and a delight, recommend 10 out of 10

I did not like how everyone expected a tip. One thing to tip a driver but the waitress at thr breakfast buffet didnt bring me food. It was a buffet. Felt a bit excessive and rude. Loud hallways. Old uncomfortable beds. Flat pillows. Not warm blankets. Drafty windows. Have to walk forever to get from the lobby to our room down zig zagging hallways.

We love the Riverside due to its convenience and walkability to the Green Belt walkway, restaurants, and downtown Boise. The heated salt water outdoor pool is also our favorite.
