## THE ACCOMMODATION
Nestled on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 19th-century building, this spacious, freshly renovated 60 m² apartment combines elegance and tranquility. Located on the quiet Ausone Street, in the heart of Bordeaux’s vibrant city center, it offers immediate access to museums, theaters, cinemas, as well as restaurants, bars, and shops. Enjoy easy transportation with tram lines A and C just a one-minute walk away (Porte de Bourgogne station).
This accommodation is ideally designed to comfortably host up to six guests. It features two charming bedrooms, each equipped with a 160 cm bed (one of which can be split into two smaller beds), and a convertible sofa in the living room, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. The understated and elegant decor creates a welcoming and soothing atmosphere.
The gem of this apartment is its balcony overlooking the street, offering a privileged outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, and a coffee machine—perfect for preparing and enjoying homemade meals. A laundry area with a washing machine completes the amenities, ensuring a stay with all the comforts of home.
While the apartment retains the charm of old Bordeaux, with its traditional Bordeaux stone staircase leading to an outdoor patio, it doesn’t lack modern conveniences, such as a television and Wi-Fi.
A baby crib can be provided for €20 per stay, or €30 with a high chair.

## DEPOSIT
As part of your rental, a bank imprint of €500 is required and must be made via your Enso Connect accommodation guide. Please note that an additional administration fee of €6.30 applies.
The hold does not affect your credit card limit and is automatically cancelled within two days of your departure, subject to compliance with the general terms and conditions of sale and the accommodation being returned in perfect condition.

Arrivals are organized between 4 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., any late arrival is subject to additional charges.
## THE NEIGHBORHOOD
From Mérignac Airport:
Take the tram A from Mérignac Aéroport Station to Palais de Justice Station, then take tram A from Palais de Justice Station to Porte de Bourgogne Station then walk 2 minutes.
From Saint Jean Station:
Take the tram C from Gare Saint Jean (Marne) Station to Porte de Bourgogne Station then walk 5 minutes.
For parking, street parking is free only from 7 pm to 9 am and on Sundays and public holidays.
The other alternative, if you prefer, is the public car park "Place de La Bourse" located 500 meters from the flat.
The price for parking is €22 for half a day.
