There was no way to block out the light from the lobby, kept me up all night. Also, no way to close the shade to the outside, light was getting in there as well. Dirty shower and toilet, and the ac didn’t work. I’d like a refund

Overall was very good. What a nice of the pool wasn’t closed, but it was in a generally great area. Everything we needed food drink drinks close by very close to the highway.

Conveniently located to many stores and amenities, hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Pool was out of commission, room had a funny smell that never went away, breakfast was often picked over by 8am with no replenishment during the brief time it was offered. Bed was comfortable and clean, shower was serviceable. Overall, did exactly what it needed to for a brief trip into the area, but the building and rooms could use a good face lift.

Start of stay to check out:: called ahead and inquired about early check in since we arrived at 6am. Online site said fee was $25; on the phone quote was $50-$60 dep3nding on time of actual check in. Check in at 9am, charged $50 and assigned a room. Unlocked room- which was still occupied. Indoor pool was 'under maintenance' during our entire 9 day stay- never seen any maintenance done, did notice the pool getting greener by the day. In the room:: peeling paint in multiple areas, toilet was inches from in bathroom sink; shower drained poorly (stood in backed up shower water); grout missing in areas of shower tiles and caulking was done so poorly that the sink felt like it may detach from the wall. TV channels worked for day hours with many 'unavailable' for what ever reason. All vending machines were out of order/unplugged. Ice machines were out of service for just about 24 hours (not sure as to how often it is maintenanced for mold) Parking:: onsite parking, while minimal, seemed to be taken by either abandoned cars or property vehiles/supplies. Offsite: across the street no marked stalls and unpaved-possibly shared with other businesses. Overall, I would not recommend- you truly get what you pay for- as the saying goes. Should have paid the additional $30 a night at a previously stayed hotel. Lesson learned.

I had a great stay! It was nice and peaceful. The staff are great, had an issue with the shower curtain pole falling and they attended to it right away. Definitely staying here again when i’m in town!

homeless person sleeping outside motel. parked on a dark, gravel surface across the street. uninviting check in area. elevator buttons did not want to work. frayed arm of chair in room. dirty washcloth. Room was clean. Quiet so peaceful stay. comfortable beds, good rate.

Let's start from the beginning ---- do not think that you can check in early - they charge depending on how early you want to check in. The room was just ok - there were no electrical outlets on one side of the room to plug in and charge cell phone. There was only 1 lamp that had an outlet to charge a phone. The 4 outlets on the desk did not work and there were no USB ports to use either. Holes in the wall in the bathroom were not filled in, just left as is. Hotel definitely needs an upgrade. Forget breakfast if you are over 12 - there was only a cereal bar, waffles and yogurt. There was no protein in sight - no eggs, sausage, or bacon. There was no one at the desk when checking out even after waiting for more than 5 minutes so had to just drop the keys and leave. Only bright light of the stay was the underground parking so didn't need to step out in the rain. Pool was closed for maintenance even though no maintenance could be seen going on. Definitely not worth the $200+ posted nightly rate.
