The staff were dependable! The bathroom door is broken and the towels were rough to touch. The sink was nasty including the tub which wasn’t draining. The lobby chairs were breakfast is served were not clean, just wishing they had eggs or sausages for breakfast. But overall if you want something affordable this is the place!

Horrible. Rude staff and filthy building. Very dirty carpets. Every table top in the common areas is broken. Mold in the bathroom. They will also try to charge you $20 extra dollars to use the pool with extremely limited hours. I didn't use it. I paid $250 for one room, for one night and was disgusted. The breakfast was the worst I've ever seen in a hotel and no coffee. Don't stay here.

Found hairs in bathroom shower sink. Fridge door hard to open dragged on floor. Room and other areas had a smell. What was offered for breakfast was not a breakfast. Building needs alot of work not worth what charge for a night

This was the worst place I’ve stayed in. I booked on Expedia as a pay at property so my fiancee and I could split the cost. I called them the night before and asked about split payment just to be sure. I was told they would call me back. Nothing. They ran my card before I even got there. I called them and explained that I was doing a pay at property split payment. They told me I would have to call Expedia because they could do nothing. I called Expedia, shocker, they said it was on the place I’m staying and they could fix it because it was still being processed. Fast forward, we get there. They act stupid and say they can’t do it because it’s been processed, even after I showed them the pay at property email and not to mention the lady who didn’t call me back said her shift ended. I’ve never had this issue at any place I’ve stayed. Fine, fast forward. 1st room… disgusting. Carpet was stained and sticky, we also wore our sandals and shoes around to prevent whatever diseases live in the carpet and stickiness. The chair, stained with unknown substance. The bathroom, holes in the shower wall. Room was freezing, heat didn’t work. Tried to call front desk, phone didn’t work. Had to call on my cell phone. Finally got someone up there, who also walked in and said it’s freezing in here. I was told in 30 minutes, they would check on me to switch rooms. Never called. I called them. I have so much more to say but I'm limited to numbers. I would never stay here again.

Beds seemed clean and were comfortable. Otherwise this place is a pit. Grossest, filthiest breakfast area I’ve ever seen, with minimal food offerings and one small coffee urn that was empty the whole time I was there. Rooms are shabby with carpet all shredded in the corners, stray hairs on the table surface etc. Bathrooms are like being in a truck stop. Underground parking lot with few available spots and sketchy characters hanging out. At “only” $200 this was a bargain for the area (sad to say), but I’ve stayed at $70 highway motels that were better maintained. I guess if you’re having a big party and wanted to use the pool, this could be ok.
