Of the hotels in the Waltham area, this is the drabbiest. The person behind the desk showed no interest in checking us in; she seemed to be in a rush to get our keys to us and get us out of there. She mentioned breakfast so quickly that I couldn’t understand her, and she said nothing about the other hotel amenities. Maybe it’s because I get great customer service at other hotels that I expect quality customer service when I check in. It was lacking here, and no one else was checking in. In addition, the elevators are LOUD! I could hear them from our room. Needless, we checked out as soon as we could and we won’t be back.

Welcoming Staff and Spacious Rooms Made Our Stay Enjoyable! We had a very pleasant stay! The service was excellent—the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. We especially appreciated the size of our accommodation; the room was big and spacious. The comfortable room and great service certainly contributed to a lovely trip. The only drawback was the bathroom, which felt very outdated and could definitely use a modern renovation. This is the only thing that kept the experience from being five stars.

The room was clean. The only issue we had was the noise outside of our room from about 5pm to 8pm. It sounded like a trash compactor every 2 to 3 minutes. It wasn't traffic. It was very annoying.

Our room overlooked the dumpster & back of the hotel where deliveries were made -- super noisy during the night. Staff were very accommodating when we requested a room change. The bathtub was very slippery when wet & soapy-almost fell. Would suggest placing handles inside the tub. The lighting in the bathroom was not very bright and not conducive for applying makeup. No fan in the bathroom either.
