They showed me 3 different rooms. All the reaked of cigarette smoke. I could only stay 2 of the 2 nights in the room. The smell have new a migraine, got little sleep and hat to church out next morning!

Denied service!!

I booked a room at the Best Western Rockland for my 20 year old son, a student, who drove all night to get to the area ahead of a work/school obligation the following morning. He arrived at ~3:30am and was denied the ability to check in as the overnight front desk clerk claimed they have a policy of only renting to a minimum of 21 years old. This wasn’t stated anywhere on Expedia when I paid for the room, nor was this policy on the hotel’s website. I personally spoke to the (incredibly unhelpful) front desk clerk to appeal to his humanity as my son - who was a solo traveler - would be left with nowhere to stay. He asked my son to leave immediately. My son was left with no choice but to sleep in his car in the parking lot (and he had a room booked and paid for). This isn’t acceptable. If they have a policy around minimum check-in age, it should be clearly stated - it wasn’t.
