I checked in to attend a funeral. I left after 15 minutes. The room was filthy. The bathroom was growing mold or mildew. The carpet was filthy and had a film on it as well as debris which appeared to not have been vacuumed any time recently. The walls in the bathroom had green slim looking debris. I took photos and videos but didn't continue further into the room because it was disgusting. The bedframe was peeling material all around the base, which wasn't as big of a deal as the debris and toilet paper on the carpets etc.

Room 214 smells, like it did in August when I visited. None of the electrical plugs work because plugs fall out. It hasnt been dusted in a long time - look at the lamp between the beds. And the heater/ac GROANS. When was it inspected and refurbished last? But you have soft towels which I appreciate.

Disappointed

There aren’t many hotels in the area that we are staying, and we normally stay here. But over the years I’ve seen decline in cleanliness the smell of the rooms(my daughter switched rooms because hers clearly smelled like cigarettes). It’s very outdated. The staff was friendly at the front desk. We had called twice before we had arrived and asked for rooms next to each other because we had our young grandchildren And they couldn’t accommodate.

When we walked into our room it smelt like a funeral home and smoke. We called down to the front desk to switch rooms and they said they’d call us back shortly with instruction. they never called us, and we had to get going for our event. Decor is super outdated as well and it just felt kind of unpleasant in there. Bed and shower was clean and comfortable.
