Great location within walking distance to the beach and the main area of surfers paradise with lots of dining options and shopping! The pool area was amazing, and the food and drinks were delicious, would recommend and would come back again!

Once we were moved to our second room as the first had a smell to it and was not completely clean, it was fabulous! The room was modern and a great space for a family. Staff were very friendly. My one criticism would be better communication of staff with customer. Several times we had been told we’d be getting a phone call about moving and we did not get the call and had to walk back and ask questions. They made up for it giving us a nicer room and being polite.

We paid for 4 adults in 1 bedroom, arrived only beds, chased up with Managers why only 2 beds. Towel & blankets has stains Hardly no amenities good for 4 people. Lifts out of Order no signs - until the next day Dining table was ‘wobbly’
