While we found the hotel itself to be old and beautiful, with nice bars and a fantastic, central location close to everything. The room was a disappointment. We paid for a premium room and it was quite small. The bathroom was tiny and had a sliding door vs a door you can actually shut. The hotel's website pictures were deceiving; they showed a larger room with a chair that was not present by the very small unusable desk and frankly would not fit. Air Conditioning/heater in our room did not work properly, there is no auto setting for it to stay on? Would just shut off after 15 min then randomly come on. Noise: I would not recommend a lower floor due to the significant noise heard from the streets below. With the air not working properly we could not keep the room temp comfortable nor drown out the noise. When I inquired about the discrepancy between the website photos and the actual room, I was told that the rooms vary in size.

My wife and I didn't eat breakfast so I can't give a review of it. The hotel is in a great location. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and looked so festive. The room was okay in size but the bathroom was the biggest disappointment. It was very modern and wasn't a big fan of it. The bathroom door doesn't shut all the way and it's not sound proof either. The mattress could of been newer too.

We had a room which had a sensitive breaker. It kept tripping every time it was reset. After multiple tries, they had to move us to another room so I could plug in the coffee maker and iron a shirt. The engineer was very kind and apologic. To their credit, the manager even called me the next day to apologize and make sure it worked out.

Very loud. Our room had interior door to adjoining room. Could easily hear television later at night and was woken early and could hear both sides of an almost 2 hour phone conversation next door. Room very small but nice. Staff friendly. If you want a good night’s sleep I would recommend staying elsewhere.
