It's a top notch hotel with an amazing amount of history. While the hotel itself is legendary, it's location in Boston is the icing on the cake.

The staff was adequate, but we had and paid for a deluxe king room and it was the smallest room I've ever been in. We closed our shades the moment we got in the room because it looked directly out at and in other rooms. The bathroom door was off its lower guide prohibiting privacy. It was loud at night - most likely because of a wedding. The most important issue, however, was that we were charged for a deluxe king and our room couldn't have been that.

This hotel is a 2 star property. Awrulf. The first room we were given had no windows! The secnd was equally bad with VERY low unacceptable lighting, curtains whiich were not able to close, no heat overnight (until a very kind electician came by to address). We also lost power, there was xero hest and no vemt in the batrhoom, and the only "closet" was inside the bartoon wall made with cheap kitchen wire shelves (no way to hang anythng fully).The ont and only KEY positive is the staff who was great and hands on, I do no understand positive reviews and think they may be fake.

We stayed at the Omni for the weekend of our ten-year anniversary. At check-in, the employee at reception, Dami, congratulated us on our milestone and offered both a room upgrade and the delivery of a famous Boston Cream Pie to our new room. Dami’s unbelievably exceptional friendliness and service set the tone for our entire visit. While Dami certainly stood out, every member of staff that we encountered was courteous and helpful.

It is a stunning hotel in a great location. Staff amazing. However, very noisy which is the price you pay to be in an excellent location. It was not the street noise as much as the other guests, rowdy and noisy until well after midnight.

Even before we stepped foot into the hotel I knew this hotel was going to be incredible. The doormen were kind, welcoming and helpful and brought our luggage to the reception desk, the receptionist was lovely and allocated us a room that was available 3 hours before official check in time. The interior of the hotel is opulent and grand and transports you back to the 1920’s. The onsite shop is very well stocked with food, drinks, snacks, toiletries apparel and even has a Starbucks. The rooms were very well sized and had comfortable beds with a decent sized bathroom with a shower. The only issue we had was with noisy neighbours, and with us having a connecting room it made the noise level slightly louder then I think it would’ve been otherwise, but they checked out two days into our stay but it didn’t stop us sleeping comfortably. It’s located almost perfectly and everything we had planned was within easy reach either by walking or metro station. We went to a Bruins game and it was a 15 minute walk to TD Garden which was really easy to navigate. We will definitely be staying here again and I’ve already recommended it to two different people who are looking at travelling to Boston.

Nice room Comfy bed. Bathtub. Refrigerator. Excellent TV selection and options. 3 issues: No complimentary water, no outlets at the work desk, and the glass top on the nightstand had super sharp corners that ripped my pants when I sat down on the bed.
