We did not have a chance to experience the restaurant or bar, unfortunately. However, every other aspect of our stay was great! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, from the doorman and the bellhop, to the reception and cleaning staff!

Room was clean and comfortable. It was on the small side but that is to be expected in an historic hotel. All th staff we encountered were very friendly. We felt appreciated as guests. Bonus points for a Starbucks in the lobby store!!

Condition of the rooms is not acceptable for a hotel that charges $700 per night. AC sounded like it was a small propeller plane when on. I literally looked out into a brick wall. It had clearly been remodeled and looked clean but incredibly weird shape, looked like a very large storage space that they didn’t want to loose charging for. I asked to be moved to another room because of that and staff was very wonderful about that, I even got an upgrade to a room with a seating area. However, AC did not function properly in the new room and had popcorn ceilings. The seating area was drab and looked “tired”. I’m only commenting on this because of what is being charged for the property. If it was a motel, well you get what you pay for. The hallways looked tired as well. I know the hotel is historic but rooms and public areas outside of lobby need a fresh remodel. Service however was quite wonderful, from Valet to front desk. I can tell employees are proud of their property, maybe management should be as well. Location is excellent if you want to step out and be in the thick of it. For that reason alone I would recommend a stay there.

My daughters and I felt very safe here in this beautiful hotel. We were very comfortable, home away from home for a couple days. Everything is a walkable distance. If and when I make it back t Boston I will stay here.

The Omni Parker House is a beautiful property, in a fantastic location! The front desk staff were welcoming and efficient. Our room was comfortable with 2 queen beds and a lovely sitting area. We had plenty of room to spread out in the time between city explorations. Speaking of the city, we were able to quickly access so many great parts of Boston with short walks to the Common, Faneuil Hall, and the T. Whenever we left to explore, we came back to a clean comfortable space.

Excellent customer service from Francine at Reception/check in and DeeJ and Barry as Doormen/concierge. Our two queen beds were comfy, the toiletries smelled great. Gorgeous lobby. Best clam chowder at Parker's Restaurant. Walkable to Quincy Market and Downtown Crossing. Was one of hotels listed for pick up to go to Martha's Vineyard day trip.
