The room was fine overall, lighting was a bit dim and some spots could use more cleaning. Check in took about 20 minutes, the slowest I've ever experienced. One staff member was helping about 10 people in line, while one other was trying to sell timeshares to everyone waiting. Very tacky and obnoxious.

Staff is wonderful, rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The shuttle driver was so sweet and kind as well. You can tell this hotel truly cares for their guests.
