Room was great. Right next to the airport and the rental car garage. Parking is a pain and valet is $60/day. Staff was nice with the exception of one of the maids who refused to give us an extra towel although all ours were dirty.

The room was nice. Staff was courteous besides one gentleman at the front desk that seemed as if he had other things to do and places to be besides his job but the night staff front desk employee was so sweet she certainly deserves a raise.

The Embassy Suites Boston Logan Airport is easy to get to and conveniently located right at the airport, making it a great option for travelers. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Dining options were plentiful—from a small gift shop with essentials to a café offering deli and bakery selections along with Starbucks coffee, plus a bar, full-service restaurant, and quick, reliable in-room dining. As expected from Embassy Suites, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, especially the made-to-order omelet bar. The hotel’s 24-hour shuttle service made getting to and from the airport terminals smooth and hassle-free.

We arrived very early after catching a redeye flight. I was hoping to have somewhere safe to leave our bags so we could explore the city. I was pleasantly surprised to learn the room was ready and I could pay for early check-in. GREAT customer service! The room was clean and welcoming and very spacious.
