Excellent service! great continental breakfast.. Big rooms and comfortable Bed. And the best of all a 24/7 shuttle . Hotel also includes luggage storage if your flight it’s later than your check out!

Little dated inside and room was a far cry from premium. There was a close cry which was the baby that felt like was in my ear. Walls extremely paper thin and could hear everything. Hotel clerk, and I meant singular, overworked answering phones while balancing checking people in. I was impressed that she kept her composure and smile. Love Embassy it this location was meh at best.

The shuttle bus driver from the airport to the hotel was very unsocial and didn't lift a finger to help with our bags. We had the same experience with our drop off at the airport this morning. Upon check-in at the hotel, there was only one person working, and again, very rude. What ever happened to customer service with a smile? The hotel room is very outdated and not worth $225 that we paid. We would not stay here again. We are originally from New England and haven't visited this area for a while. Why do all these people from Boston have an attitude?!!!! Smile and treat people with respect!!! 😊

Room itself was wonderful - well-stocked and had a great view and distance from the airport. Lots of room in the suite. Shuttle was convenient, though there was a hiccup with the tracking and pickup locations (I had to walk to Terminal A as I waited at Terminal B and it never showed up, could have been user error but I was standing where the app said to). The drivers were all nice. However, the front desk staff weren't very kind, looked at a long line of guests like we were a nuisance, and I felt uncomfortable when speaking with them. If I need to fly out of Logan again, I'll probably try a different hotel.

The room and hotel were lovely. The restaurant was a bit pricey. The worst part was the very low water pressure in the shower, what they refer to as a rain shower was practically useless.
