The room looked like it was undergoing construction, had holes in process of being patched up, walls and door were dirty, walls had holes all over, and the room smelled very strong of a chemical or paint which was not good for me being pregnant. The breakfast was vwry deceptive as it was not any type of breakfast, it was nutrigrain bars and muffins. Ive stayed at hotels for less money and they were alot more decent than this hotel. I do not recommend.

It was confusing to get to the hotel. We actually had to drive all the way around back of the first hotel that we thought we were staying at. The room was good but the bed was as stiff as a board and very uncomfortable. There was no shampoo or conditioner for showering, never seen this before and the vending was ridiculous. I had to pay $4 for a drink!!!!! In the morning it said grab and go breakfast and there was absolutely no food at al it was just coffee. That’s certainly not grab and go that I have had at other hotels. Elevators were dirty as well.

Did not stay. Place was dirty. Smokey room, no customer service. No sheets nor towels for sofa bed and mattress was dirty. Checked in very late and when I got upstairs to finally go to bed there were no sheets nor pillows for the sofa bed. Called downstairs no one answered. Went down and no one to talk to. They had left a phone # to call if you need assistance. I called it about 15 times no answer. Attendant finally came by and instead of apologizing he was more upset than I was and gave me attitude for being dissatisfied. We left and went to another hotel. Asked him to cancel. He said he could not do it because the system will not allow him to do it until after 1:30 am. He asked us to leave the keys and he will do it and we did. His name was Derrick.

I forgot an item and called to have them check assuming it had been thrown out and I would not hear back. Although it wasn’t found the desk called me back to confirm that. The follow up was greatly appreciated.

We had to wait for someone to show up to the front desk to check us in (no bell or other way to call them). The hotel smells of smoke the moment you walk in and see the “no smoking” sign. When we went to our room, it literally was dirty and many items are broken (multiple drawers, toilet seat). It was quiet, and the room was a good size. But otherwise this place is trashy. I won’t stay here again.

Had to wait 15 minutes for front desk attendant. Couldn't find anyone. Carpets were filthy. Cabinets were falling apart in the bathroom. Was awoken at 430 am with loud noises from the third floor. Hair dryer wouldn't work. Called front desk and got no answer. Bathroom fan was extremely loud. I would never stay there again and would never recommend this hotel!

Room was spotless but very old and downtrodden - bathroom cabinet was completely water-warped and looked scary (missing paint, falling apart), a drawer was missing in the small kitchen. No staff around to check me out in the morning. Would not recommend.
