The property was nice but they state there is laundry service but only one washer and one dryer for all hotel guests. Rooms were comfortable. Not all staff was helpful. We arrived late hungry and tired but no staff could help us locate food for us or our kids. Hotel is conveniently located.

We were placed on a low floor so didn’t have any views but the room was large and suited our needs. There was no compendium or phone to call reception in our room which was a bit odd so we had no idea if there was room service or anything particular on offer. The hotel is right next door to the new metro station which was super convenient.

They upgraded the room to a 2 bedroom. Someone left their Netflix logged in. This helped me feel connected to someone as their viewing choices were like they reached into my soul. Great choice.
