Room was spotless. Airport shuttle booking was easy, courtesy call in the morning for the shuttle was a nice touch. Breakfast bag was ready there to be picked up before boarding the shuttle. Overall very good experience.

The room was good, nothing special, the bed was comfy and breakfast was delicious. The main reason for my lower rating was the shuttle service. I called from the airport as instructed, but there was no menu option for "airport pick-up". So I pressed 0 and it rang out, no answer. So I preased for reservations and after a few transfers finally got someone who took ages to find the driver (really? With GPS tracking?) and send them to get me. That was another 15 minutes. And then another 15 minute drive to the hotel. I just didnt need the hassel after a long flight. I guess for what I paid I expected better service.

I would have rated it excellent but I froze. Not only did I freeze but everyone that I was with too. The hotel is very cold, and you cannot adjust the thermostat in your room. Besides that it was great

I was very happy with the shuttle from the airport. The room is right next to a shipping yard and we have been laying here for hours listening to the constant Beeping and crashing of semis being loaded and backing up its absolutely insane
