Disappointed. I chose specifically for airport transport as an amenity. After booking thru Expedia, I called hotel direct to confirm availability of airport pick up and was told this was available. After the free cancellation window, I received an email saying that airport pickup stops at 11:30pm, so this amenity was not available for my 11:45 pm arrival. This was not clearly specified until after the window to cancel reservation, so misleading at best. Also, disappointing: burned out lightbulb in bedside light. Noisy room (large trucks idling outside window for hours). Green flashing light on smoke detector mounted on the wall at eye level that created strobe effect. This was not a budget motel price. DO BETTER.

The room was clean, except for stained carpet. I was really looking forward to a quality bed, but the mattress was overdue for replacement. The TV was amazing! Extra large with many channels. All in all, it was very clean!

Great place to stay

The room was very clean. We loved the shower. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion was lovely. The breakfast was great. Waffles, bagels, muffins, bread, cereals, eggs, sausage, oatmeal and fruit were the choices. The coffee and water was always available but not piping hot. Also they were out of creamer 2/3 of the days. Front desk very accommodating and knowledgeable. There was a bus available for riding 1/2 mile away that was easy to understand and convenient so a car is not necessary for many people.

Staff were very friendly and exceptional professionals. A huge thank you to Shanta for being amazing as she made the trip easy from teh beginning of my stay until the end. I travel globally and I can tell you that at times hotel services in the U.S are lacking, Ms. Shanta provides exceptional service with a smile and represented Hampton Inn to the fullest.
