It was good enough for the overnight stay I had between flights. Check in was easy and the room was clean and comfortable. My main issue was I waited for an hour for the shuttle and ended up having to take an Uber Communication for where and when to meet at the airport could have been better.

The property was new and clean. The airport shuttle, made it convenient to go to and from the airport. However, it is located in an industrial area with large trucks, passing in front of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was tasty and provided numerous options.

Needed a hotel near the airport for the first night in Boston because we were arriving late at night. Complementary airport pick up was so nice. Check in staff was very nice and friendly and complementary water was a nice touch. He said one more free bottle of water per guest upon check out was available, but the lady who checked us out in the morning said NO. She was really rude and said we can pay for it. It was so offensive that I took off a whole star for that experience. Every thing else was great. Not sure about the neighborhood because we didn’t get a chance to see much of it.
