First my room wasn’t cleaned after the first day and then the adjoining room was up all night partying and other rooms were yelling to them to be quiet. This went on for hours with nothing being done. Won’t recommend or will I ever stay there again.
The room needs to be updated. Room 618. Ceiling appears to have leak stains but no leak. However the room is clean. I found a block of hair on one of the towels, yikes. The fitted and flat sheets are very stiff and uncomfortable. They were able to provide me with a fitted sheet that was softer. However I did not get a flat sheet. Had to bare with what I had. The front desk helped me with my sheet concerns where I told her I only got the fitted sheet and not a flat sheet but her response via text was not customer friendly in my opinion. Her quote " Well I'm sorry about that. Those are the only brand of sheets we have, Janirah".
In addition: The breakfast was good. My only concern was the potatoes, which could be better cooked.
Booked 2 queen bed rooms and got 2 single bedroom instead. Blamed it on hotels.com they said they’d put a cot in our room when we returned late to the hotel to go to bed no cot in our room. Poor service and lack of accountability from any manager there. In fact the manager didn’t even come out to address the concerns they had the front desk person go out back and be a messenger instead of handling it themselves with a higher level concern occurring. Not sure how you can be charged for a room that you didn’t get
Room was very clean. The people at front desk were wonderful we reserved a room with 2 Queen size beds but were given one king size so called the front desk and they said no problem!
I checked in online through the app. Room prepaid app said I needed to show my id on arrival to activate. Digital id. Which is the second mess up. First was I had to enter my confirmation it should have been in the app. Why don’t we just upload id I had credit card in app for incidentals. At desk they acted like I was the first ever using the app,, made me give credit card and enter my info again!!!!!! The agent at ask was clueless and unresponsive to my questions TERRIBLE WORST EVER CHECK-IN. WONT STAY AT HAMPDEN AGAIN.
