check in person was not very welcoming, did not make eye contact and spoke very softly that I had to ask her to repeat what she was saying. No smile, No welcome, how can I help you? Love the shower gel and shampoo and conditioner in the shower, unfortunately the shampoo dispenser was empty, luckily I brought my own. Forgot to report it when we checked out since we needed to get on our way. Check out person was very nice, and welcoming even as we were checking out. He was helping another customer and seeing we were in a hurry took our room # and offered to email our receipt and welcomed us to Boston traffic. LOL

East access ability and great breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms air conditioner and heating was on the wall and didnt circulate well. The room was pretty warm even with it set on 65.

Very disappointing. The free breakfast is one of the most unattractive unhealthy feed bag presentation, no pride , nothing invested, white bread and a fake juice machine, pre made chemical eggs, ugly. Even the laundry you have to now download an app and load extra cash in it with a platform that is an obvious scam and online reviews verify ShineLaundry..super below ant fathom of Hilton standards.

The only issue I had was that the plug for the iron kept falling out of the outlet while I was trying to iron. I didn't tell anyone when I checked out because there was no one there, just a key drop box

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Conveniently located. Breakfast was good. Staff not very friendly. The few I interacted with acted as if they were annoyed to be there. That was off putting.
