The staff were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, we found it a bit noisy, there was a sound of an alarm in the distance that didn't seem to go away in the morning and every time another guest left their room their door would slam.

Enjoyed our stay, impressed with our room. A lot of water on the floor from the shower as the glass screen didn’t seem to be wide enough. Pillows were too soft. Staff were friendly and being there for a week was a good area to get around Melbourne CBD. Would definitely recommend.

THE ROOMS WERE ALWAYS CLEAN, THE HOUSEKEEPING STAFF DID AN EXCELLANT JOB. FRONT OF HOUSE WERE ALSO GREAT AND NEARLY ALWAYS GREETED ME ON ARRIVAL OR DEPARTURE. THE BASIN IN MY ROOM WAS DIFFICULT TO USE UNDER THE RUNNING WATER AS IT WAS SO CLOSE TO THE CORNER AND THE SHOWER BASE LEAKED WATER ONTO THE FLOOR. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT TO HAVE 2 LIFTS WORKING BUT IT WASN'T A BIG PROBLEM OVERALL I ENJOYED MY STAY AND WOULD USE THE HOTEL AGAIN
