The balcony was a non event - not even worth calling it that. Light comes into the room under the door and through the door hinges making sleeping difficult. We evn put a towel at the bottom of the door to try and lessen the brightness but nothing could be done about the huge gap where the hinges of the door were. It was a great location butt a budget price means it is a re lbudget and not very comfortable room with a sloe chair and a desk chair and bed. That was it. Oh and one tiny long lige milk carton for 8 or so coffee sachets.

Location is perfect for convenience to all areas of the CBD. The hotel is receiving great updates (pool are etc) and once completed will be wonderful. A smart TV in the room would have been good.

It was a lovely hotel stay. Staff were attentive, kind and caring. Only issue we had was with the bathroom in the room. I was able to use it fine but my friend who is taller than me had to crouch down to use it because of the step up. Also left water over the floor if the pressure was too high. Flaw on the design of the bathroom for functionality. O

The staff were very helpful and checked that we had everything we needed. They gave us directions to find the theatre we were looking for and booked a cab for an early pick up in the morning.

Bed was quite hard and room was very noisy. People out in the corridors sounded like they were in our room. We didn’t get any sleep. TV remote was worn out and took ages to do anything with. The “balcony” was questionable, more like a dank alleyway. Waiting for lifts took a very long time, not enough lifts for so many people.

Just didn’t think the price of the hotel matched the overall state of the hotel. Paid for the breakfast but didn’t have breakfast there ( not enough for GF and DF dietary requirements). TV in room was stuck on one loud volume.
