Updated to a king supreme room, which was on 14th floor with great views of city. Very large room and large bathroom. Very comfortable bed, everything clean and neat. Bar service very good. Did not have breakfast. Parking next door was a bonus.

There was construction work taking place that commenced at 8 am both mornings I was there. I did ask and receive a complimentary breakfast on my day of departure for having to put up with the noise. Would’ve liked some pre warning about the work that was being undertaken virtually outside my room(1502). That aside, this is a great place to stay with very professional staff. I will be back. Very dark room, bed a bit hard, but lots of space, and nice brand with high quality toiletries in the bathroom. A/C and ventilation in the bathroom was really noisy make it hard to sleep. Very convenient location but no ramp at the entrance (hard for people with mobility issues). Good service. 24/7 room service. A bit outdated.

yes, the room was clean. Not sure if the windows were double glazed but we could hear the noise coming from the street at the back of the building quite clearly. It would have been good if the windows glass was thicker
