The staff, especially those in housekeeping, were so diligent and hardworking. They made sure supplies were always restocked and the room was clean. Breakfast services from 6am-11am provided ample time for guests. We would definitely stay here again.

Sea district hotel stay. We stayed for 2 nights and there is plenty to walk to that is fairly close by. The beds were comfortable the breakfast was plentiful. The check in staff was not overly friendly. Parking is not included. Would check out another option closer to North end next time, more to do there and great restaurants!

It was a great hotel, very busy. Breakfast was very chaotic past 730. Most mornings we had to take our food and eat in our room. Overall a good stay. If you're looking for a hotel that is more in walking distance to the downtown core this would not be a good choice.

There was a major mix-up with our reservation. When we arrived at 2 am there were 2 people at the front desk who helped us get things figured out and get us checked in. We are very thankful for them and their oerserverance.

Great location in the Seaport area of Boston. The property is clean and the staff was excellent. The only issue I had was that breakfast was served only until 9 am. While this isn’t a big deal it did cause quite the chaos with guests all coming around the same time causing long lines and difficulty finding a place to sit. Having breakfast open until at least 10 am or even 11 am would mitigate this.

Wonderful hotel. Sheets not the nicest…not soft and a little noisy to sleep on. Guests aloud and slamming doors in our hallway…not hotel fault Pool was nice. Breakfast very crowded and ended about an hour too early…couldn’t find butter or ketchup. Overall a positive experience
