The food was so so. The staff was terrific. It was very pet friendly. The room was clean except I found a dirty face cloth on the bed shortly after we checked in. It looked like someone used it as a napkin & I gave it to the front desk person. Most concerning was it wasn’t there when we first checked in.

This hotel is old and in desperate need of an update. 1) the whole place smells moldy, and at times we smelled the distinct smell of sewage 1) my partner woke up in the morning itching and had an allergic reaction to whatever was going on in this place 3) they told us they have a hot tub, but we got there and it was out of order.

The staff is friendly and efficient. The room is good sized and has everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast is adequate and available by 6 a.m. The pool is warm, but the hallways were very cool. The location is easy to access from major highways.

Pool had a few clumps of hair in it. This was brought to the attention of the front desk staff but it wasn't corrected the next day when we went in again. Toilet paper holder fell off the wall. It was re attached by housekeeping the next day but fell off again with first use.

The room was so clean (and dust free) and they gave me a quiet room like I requested. Person at desk was sweet and helpful and personable. Bed was comfy and the blackout curtains actually blacked out light!
