We had a great stay in Te Anau. The town itself wasn't that great, but the accommodation was fantastic! The view was one of the best we had from a room during our 2 week tour of the South Island. Perfect in every way. We are old. The bed, we would buy. Staff, very very helpful. Restaurant facilities truly great, although we only dined twice .... Once for dinner, once for brunch. Service Impecable.
Radfords is a lovely restful spot overlooking the lake. High standard of cleanliness and comfort and kerri is very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to our next visit.

When we arrived we were shown our room and were very disappointed as there was an awful smell in there, We complained to the person in the reception who found us another room and that was OK, However we were not very please with the person in reception as she obviously did no like us complaining ...
Hotel a bit worn, but clean, comfortable, sufficient. Perfect lakeside location, good value for money, would stay here anytime I'm in Te Anau.
