I had an excellent stay at this location. Our front desk person Duane was awesome, he accommodated all our needs and was very professional. Room was very spacious and clean. Location was perfect ! Highly recommend that Hilton a location.

I stayed at this Inn due to location. My son had a surgery at Boston Children's and this hotel was the best priced at the time of booking. Cheaper in this case, wasn't better. The listing says parking available but the ONLY PARKING is VALET at $45/night. When I asked about other options I was told the garage across the street charged $25/night but I would have to pay $25 everytime I left the garage and reentered. Completely FALSE. The front desk staff that helped check me in was rude whenever I asked her a question. She charged an extra $100 w/o explaining the charges. She did not notify me the elevators only work with the room card and as I walked away stating how they should have more clear details and be more professional when helping those who stay she and the other staff at the front desk began to laugh. I arrived already under stress due to my child's surgery the next day and this experience just made it that much more stressful. I would never stay here again.
