Amazing stay

Very nice hotel room was very clean. The drinks and food at the restaurant were great! Only issue was with the valet and the driver took care of the issue so wasn't a big deal. Will stay again next time.

This property is very clean and well staffed. It is also quiet. It’s close to the T and Brookline village. The one problem I have is the shower floor is a little slippery. They have a hand rail in shower that helps but I always need to take it slowly in the shower.

Requested housekeeping twice left messages never returned. First night we called for an extra blanket that was never received or acknowledged. Room not replenished. (had to call front desk got two towels and two coffee pods delivered but no cups.The bathroom sink was a trickle of water which made face washing ridiculous. Took quite a while for hot water to even come out.(Took videos). Staff at front desk is barely friendly. There are no perks at this property, no complementary coffee or water by reception. (Keurig in the room)You have to pay for bottled water. During checkout staff never smiled, didn’t make eye contact just stared at screen, nor did they inquire how my stay was. I explained issues anyway. “I’ll tell housekeeping manager” was response. I was was told I would be emailed a receipt. Had to repeat my email address at least four times, still have not received it yet.Dining experience was lovely though waiter and staff were very engaging and friendly. Food was good.
