Very convenient.

Very enjoyable and convenient to terminal for flight the next morning. Helpful and pleasant staff who had time for a little chat. We would have liked a biscuit in the room to have with our morning coffee.

Hilton Hit!

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was in a fabulous location for Heathrow terminals 2 and 3 but was very quiet. Our room was spacious, comfortable and spotless and breakfast was delicious.

We had a long flight & was very tired. When we asked for help with moving our luggage to the room, we were told by the front desk to use one of airport to move them ourselves. While registering with the front office, the staff speak in a tone fast & as if he was reading from book.

The reason i stayed here was because i had an early flight from t2 the next day and its connected. I had a good experience so issues at all. Though i bought my most expensive pint of beer there. Wont be doing that again.

I chose the girl because on Expedia it started it was at Terminals 2 and 3 in Heathrow. The truth was that it was a very long and uncomfortable walk from terminal 3. After a long flight, that was more than inconvenient. I was traveling with a 93-year-old woman. We were both exhausted by the time we finally found the hotel. It was also challenging to find as the signage in Terminal 2 was unclear. Thank goodness for a kind airport worker! I'm the hotel there are many doors to navigate to get to the room, inconvenient with lots of luggage. There was no hair dryer in the room, unusual these days.
