Perfect when arriving on a late flight and needing a quiet and comfortable stay. An easy walk from Terminal 3, took about 10min. Room was super quiet and bed comfortable. Tasty buffet breakfast and a 12pm check out. Very happy overall for a restorative night after late flight.

Arrived after 10 pm in terminal 5 so buses were not running to terminal 2 but there are a lot of ways to get there. But was very easy to find when I got to terminal 2. Was clean, staff were friendly. The paid breakfast was worth the money

This is an airport hotel at Heathrow, which is walkable from terminals two and three and an easy train ride from the other terminals. The staff were excellent, courteous, helpful, accommodating. They are very accommodating with early check-in, which was a big help for us. We had an easy walk to terminal three when it was time to take our plane in the morning. I highly recommend this spotlessly, clean, quiet, modern hotel.
