Disliked: Staff & service
I thought the place was average, nothing too special for the very expensive price that they ask staying there. Staff didn't seem to be happy with their job, some of them were rude and unprofessional. As far as transportation we had a horrible experience with a taxi and later on with the hotel. We got a taxi from T5 to Hilton Garden inn T2 &T3, somehow the taxi driver took one of our bags and we ask the hotel for help and they didn't had any protocol for situations like that. It was frustrating and inappropriate! We had to walk to the airport to ask the other taxis for help and thankfully one of the taxi drivers was a very nice guy who really helped a lot giving us advices on how to get the bag back. Thankfully the guy who took the bag later on brought it back to the hotel and we got it. In the bag there were all medications that my spouse needed in order to survive. It just pissed us off that not just the hotel, but the airport do not have a serious way of locating one of the taxi drivers that work at the airport. So my advice for you is if you get a taxi between careful to not forget anything and make sure you get their plate number and receipt so that in case of loosing something you might be able of getting it back. The airport itself won't be very helpful nor will the hotel staff.
