Location, convenience and staff is great. If you have a morning flight, this is best place you would want to stay. 3-5 mins walk to the departure hall. No need to rush for check out, transport or afraid of missing your flight. Choices for train rides to city comprises of 3 options. Expensive - Heathrow Express cost you 30 pounds/15 mins, Mid range - Elizabeth Line cost you 19 pounds/30 mins, cheapest - Tube train cost you 6 pounds/50mins. Checking-out is also very simple, drop your card in the express check-out box and your addition room bill will automatically bill to your card.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and always found it great. On this occasion I felt a little short changed. I booked 2 x runway view, the one was great the other was a joke… you could see the runway for the car park! Not sure we will go back

Our home when coming through London Heathrow. Clean, great staff, Daryll in the restaurant was super, great room amenities. It is nice to have a cup of tea to unwind when getting to our room. The roof top lounge is great too.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean. I stayed in this hotel before and after a foreign trip, and the only slight issue was that the TV in the room on my second night was slightly problematic. Initially, it would switch itself off after a few minutes, and then the subtitles could not be removed. Perhaps the batteries in the TV remote needed changing - but I had no problems with the TV on my first night. Otherwise both stays were good.

Excellent location just a short walk through the car park take your luggage trolley into your room . Very friendly reception. The room was very quiet and comfortable with the usual amenities. the bed was not so comfortable not sure why but we didn’t sleep so well even though we were very tired after a 12.5 hour flight. We didn’t use the restaurant or room service . Would have liked some decaffeinated tea or camomile tea . Leaving the next morning was simple we took our trolley back into the airport to find our way to T5
