Our stay had several disappointments. The room had a strong smell of mold upon arrival. Unfortunately, we didn’t realize the door didn’t lock properly until the third night something we reported immediately, and maintenance came to fix. One evening, my son wanted to heat up some leftovers, only to find there was no microwave in the room, which was unexpected and inconvenient. By then, we were due to check out the next night, so we didn’t request a room change. Our first morning started with loud construction noise at 7 AM, which felt like it was coming from inside our room definitely not a relaxing way to wake up. Lastly, it’s disappointing that breakfast isn’t included in the stay, especially considering the price. That said, the food was quite good.

The swimming pool was closed and that was the main reason i booked here and when I expressed my clear disappointment, the clerk only said "sorry, it's on our website" but it wasn't on expedia when I booked so that started the trip off with a huge disappointment. The room was on the first fl and smelled like cigarette smoke, the rug had a stain the size of a large plate on it so I don't know how often they'd cleaned and my room didn't have a microwave so I had to reheat food in the lobby for my daughter one night... I've never had to deal with that before. Just not the best but not it worst experience.

Nice vacation

Love the hotel clean rooms its nice and quite .. staff are friendly and helpful. Love how restaurants are walking distance.. and the breakfast is very good no complains will visit again...
