My check in was amazing forgot his name but he was kind an patient upon checking out I’m not sure if they were training or not but both young girls were rude I felt like one of them wanted to argue when all I asked was for a receipt nice hotel overall but definitely gotta work on those customer service skills

The location of the property is great. Having the breakfast included is a rare find. Easy parking and easy access to public transportation. The hotel is well kept, clean and the staff is helpful.

The room was in good condition but we never got any housekeeping service in five days we were there. I had to ask the front desk for fresh towels and how to deal wit the trash. The staff were friendly and courteous

It would be nice to know I'm paying 30 dollars a night to park when I'm already paying for the room and amenities, and charged after I leave and when I call to find out why I was charged the front desk worker tells me I should have read the signs. I apologized and pointed out that it might be a good idea to let people know prior to checking in that there credit card is being charged for parking.

The bed was not the normal comfort expected at a Hilton property. Beautiful room with great amenities very well appointed. Older air-conditioning system making lots of noise hard to sleep. Lots of airplane noise as well as train and automobiles from the street.
