Overall, the stay wasnt horrible. But there were some issues to address. Check-in. No greeting when we walked in, as both members of staff were on their personal phones. During the actual check in, I was just asked to insert my card without any explanation as to what i was paying for, until i inquired about them. (Incidentals and parking). After doing so, i wasnt given any information about the location itself. Nothing said about when the continental breakfast occurred, nor if or when the bar area was open. King bed Suite. Overall, the room size itself was nice. Everything was seperated and was surprised by having a tv in the living area and one in the bedroom. It was fairly comfy. The nit picks i do have are based on a few things. While the kitchen area did have 3 pots and 1 pan, there were no actual cooking utensils provided, just regular utensils for eating and 2 knives for cutting on a glass board. Bathroom: The main issue here was the shower. The handle itself pulled away from the wall. The water temperature itself took awhile to adjust, so it went from fine to extremely warm eventually (this includes showers at all times of the day). Bedroom: Again, for the most part it was fine. The nitpick is, the curtains didnt actually cover the windows. Yes, there were 2 layers of pulldown drapes, but the gaps they didnt cover would let the sun in immediately once it started to rise. Overall, decent, but i wouldnt stay again.

The hotel is very clean and kept up nicely. The lication is about about a $25 uber ride to the airport. And about a $18 ride to the North End of Boston. We requested an upper floor, facing the back andxaway from the elevators and the room was quiet. The mattress was hard and the pillows were way to soft. My head flattened it begore i even fell asleep so i was waking theoughout the night with neck pain as the pillows offered no support. The air conditioner/ heater in the bedroom runs

Front desk at check in was great. However the bathroom in our room had hair everywhere, it was disgusting. I wiped it up myself and the paper towelnwas filthy which tells me the did notvwas the floor. They did not vacuum either. We asked the following day to have our room cleaned and they forgot. So that evening Ibasked front desk for fresh towels and they brought them up. They had hair all over them ,sovI returned them and third time was a charm. Asked them to clean our room on the third day of our stay and again no vacuuming was done. Just odd.

Very convenient location. 3 blocks from commuter train into Boston’s north station or Salem, 4 blocks from large grocery store and 4 to 5 blocks from nice restaurant or fast food. Felt safe walking to all locations.
