The customer service was good, but we were in room 100 which wasnt throughly cleaned. There was water bottles and miscellaneous trash from previous tenants, which was disappointing.

Reception wasn’t very welcoming, the hotel interior was (hopefully) undergoing renovations but there were no signs or anything indicating that, the wifi didn’t work even though we were initially told it would - the next day my son was told that it hadn’t worked in a week, the pool water didn’t seem clean AND we had to evacuate around 7 am due to the fire alarm. We were never told whether it was a drill or an actual alarm.

The room was fine. The first morning we were waken by a fire alarm across the entire hotel. No apologies. No restitution. Our second night we were locked out of our room because the extended reservation through Expedia did not show on their screen. It took us over an hour of talks with Expedia by me and by your reps to no avail. We have a refund for the second stay in the process and were charged over $30 more plus $50 extra for possible damages to the room twice. $100. We are not happy needless to say. That’s not all. There was a ring around the bathtub. The second day breakfast there was no coffee available because the ran out of coffee filters. The tables were not wiped down the entire time of breakfast. No stevia provide for those who don’t want to be poisoned by the pink and blue stuff, the hot water emptied so no second cup of tea. Just to let you know we could overlook most of these failings, but we cannot overlook the way the desk clerk Jamiah treated us and your people. In my opinion she should have let us in our room as I am 82 years old and already had an aggravating day and was tired besides my battery was in red with my charger locked in the room. She was aware of all of this as my husband is very loud. In my opinion she should have contacted Expedia to rectify this situation as she could clearly see our receipt and confirmation numbers. Not make her customer do all the calling and still not accepting the fact that we did indeed have a reservati.

We have stayed at this hotel a few times. It is convenient, room is spacious. However, this time we did feel as good as last a few time. We were told they had a new manager. Hope the new manager can do the job as good as the previous ones.

This town should be closed and only reopen when all the restorations for their alleged burst pipe are fixed, they have enough staff, and they sanitize and clean that place. The staff did not have enough cleaning staff. We were on a waiting list for towels upon check in the room was dirty. The couches were dirty. There were the floors were dirty. Everything was dirty. I went to the front desk to describe all of the already damaged furniture in the room as well as the lack of cleanliness and I was told to reach out to the general manager Monday to discuss as there was nothing that they could do. If that weren’t enough, there were mold, spores all over the wall.

No information in the room, no wine glasses in suite, no pen or paper, no information on how to use the WiFi or tv. No way to boil water for tea. We stayed for three nights the dirt around the trash collection in the hall was never vacuumed up. The flower pots outside the main entrance had dried up dead fall flowers, the pool area was awful and we did not dare use it. The breakfast was poor. The exact same thing every day. Mystery meat, powered eggs and maybe home fries. The yogurt was of poor quality and full of sugar. Not a flower in site. The place had a recent leak and it showed. We were told Hilton had lower the amenities at their Homewood Suites I sure wish we knew this before we stayed there. I can tell you I will never book one again!!!
