The staff were great and very friendly, and the location was convenient. We also appreciated having a room with a balcony. However, we did notice the absence of a few small touches we’ve experienced at other hotels, such as complimentary water and welcome treats, bathrobes and slippers, milk in the fridge, and more premium toiletries (not in paper sachets).
