With the Hyatt name comes expectations, expectations that were not met. The room couch was dirty, stained and had very uncomfortable to sit in. The rugs smelled, the room had a musty scent upon entrance. Room service consisted of daily new towels and garbage emptying only. The beds were so hard , sheets were never changed. The feel of sheets were so rough. The bathroom tiles were coming up making it difficult to close and open door. Yea highway and construction across street was loud if your a light sleeper. Overall, it’s priced too high plus 14$ dollar daily parking to be that outdated.

Big rooms

Nice hotel, very spacious room with a big sofa and the beds are so comfortable. Nice gym, couldn't use the pool unfortunately they serviced it. Breakfast was great and service too.
