Garage clearance is 6 feet. This is not disclosed on Expedia. Hotel said it’s on their website but that’s not where we booked. Expedia credit was therefore worthless to us.

Really good breakfast, plenty of options. A few issues in the room, but matienence was quick to fix. Lots of homeless people around the property but fairy safe area to walk.

No ventilation in the room or bathroom, no windows, we slept with the door open. The most horrible experience I’ve ever had. I was kicked out of the lobby for having a cup of coffee that I purchased there, room service was horrible, cleaning maintenance was non existent.

Hotel and room was a it older, but well taken care of. Staff went above and beyond with their friendly welcome and assistance along the way. Continental breakfast felt like we arrived for a reservation, handled with care. Food was above average and was just right to start our day! Thank you, we will be back!

It was my second stay at Hotel Riu on the Wharf in San Francisco — a fantastic location, of course. It’s one of the few hotels in the area with a heated swimming pool and a generous selection of healthy breakfast options. The staff were also very accommodating when I needed to adjust a recent reservation.
