Staff at front desk was very friendly and quick with check in. Valet all the guys were nice and polite. Reginald at the valet desk was extremely helpful and informative.
Tye staff was friendly, the room was clean and we loved the view however the walls are super thin and we could hear everything our neighbors were saying. It was super loud and they were up at 7 AM talking loudly and laughing. Didn’t get to relax as much as I wanted on my Sunday morning.
Our room was so clean and impressive. Breakfast was free so i cant complain. Valet was expensive so we got a commercial parking in 5min but the area around the hotel seems dark and unsafe, so we had to call an uber.
The staff at check in were amazing. The AC in the room was so darn noisy. We barely slept. When it was on, it was blasting cold air directly on the bed. I also asked for an adjoining room as I paid for two rooms. The check in person said we were right next to each other. Room 310 and Room 330 were nowhere near each.
