Upon arrival, I was informed that the pool was closed for maintenance, which was a major inconvenience since my stay was for my daughter's third birthday. Despite this, I decided to stay since the room was already paid for. However, the pool remained closed the next day, and the staff's unprofessionalism made me furious. Aside from the pool, there was construction going on around the property that made the grounds unsafe. My overall rating, though, is a result of them agreeing to have Expedia fully refund the room. Also, I would like to point out that when my sister reached out about the deposit for the room, they told her it would be 48 hours for it to be refunded, when in fact it is four to five business days.
