This was listed as an airport hotel - the airport is at least twenty minutes away. It was noisy all hours of night and unclean. Someone tried to come through the adjoining door late st night. It is also very difficult to get to the property as it isn’t right off a road

Friendly Service but Hard Bed Despite Upgrade

Bed and pillows were hard despite paying extra for upgraded bedding. Hotel was clean but shows its age. On the bright side, the woman at the reception desk was friendly and very helpful.

The hotel clerk who checked us in was marvelous... Unfortunately I did not pay attention to her name. Honest and sincere I must say. Our room was fine. No frills but it was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately it was a very noisy night... doors opening and shutting in the hallway all night long. That in itself made me very uncomfortable and a bit nervous. I didn't know what was going on... Still don't... No I suppose being that close to Logan it could have just been people coming and going. Not pleasant though...not much sleep.

Very pleased with my stay

Wi fi is good; sometimes lags on the weekend. Very happy to be able to have my dog with me at the hotel. Hotel is quiet and clean which are two important points.

The staff was very nice and welcoming. Our room was clean. However, the condition of the microwave, hair dryer, and coffee maker were terrible. These amenities were a big part of why we chose this place to stay and we were let down because they did not function well or were too scary to use.

Overall nice stay

I arrived at 1130 pm. There was a guy sitting on the wall in the parking lot i could smell marijuana. Room was nice but i could smell marijuana as i got off elevator on 2nd floor

My husband and I stayed here for about a week for vacation and a wedding. It was relatively comfortable, close to everything we needed. Staff was also helpful when we needed stuff done. Would most likely use again in the future

My bed skirt had semen . The room smelled of vomit. Air conditioner kept shutting off. Toilet paper holder broken. Shower curtain rod broken. Security lock on my room had the screws coming out of it. So hotel room door didn't lock. I asked too be switched to a different room.

We got this hotel because it was a central area to what we wanted to do. The bed was one of the worst I've ever slept in. Inner springs from the 80's that creaked and groaned with every move. The pillows were flat. The bathroom was tiny, the sink was outside of the toilet and shower. The area wasn't horrible, but it was a super busy road so it was hard to get out and back to the hotel. They charge 3 dollars a day to use the safe, but ours didn't work at all. I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Red Roof Plus really is an awesome place to stay. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are very comfortable. The location is terrific. Plenty of food options nearby. As well as other shopping and businesses.
